We want you to love your Raw Shea Butter. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.
